Lost Lake Butterscotch Sauce
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Corn Syrup, light
2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1. Combine the sugar, syrup, butter and bring to boil
over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for one
minute.
2. Remove from the heat and stir in the cream and
vanilla immediately.
3. Cool and store in the refrigerator. Stir before use.
