Minnesota Sweet Corn Succotash
16 ears of corn char grill 8 of them
cut corn off of cob
2 1/2# green beans cut on the bias
1 cup Red pearl onions chopped
1 cup Procuitto Ham diced
5 Red onions carmelized
salt and white pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh garden herbs
Mix all ingredients together and saute.
