I S S A LA D I E R E Makes About 10 Pizzas 1 Tbl Chopped Parsley 2 Tbl Grated Parmesan Cheese Pizza Shells (croissant dough) White Truffle Oil Small Black Plate How To Make The Sauce COMBINE ALL, MIX IN BOWL: 10 Oz Tapenade 2 Oz Garlic Oil 2 Tsp Herbs de Provance 2 Lrg Onions, Caramelized 1 Log Goat Cheese 30 Pcs Calamata Olives (cut in half) 1 Pinch Herbs de Provance 1. Cut Croissant dough with fluted cutter. 2. Spread thin layer of tapenade. 3. Second spread layer of 1015 onions that have been caramelized. 4. Break up goat cheese, place on top and sprinkle with calamata olives. 5. Place in 400 degree oven for 6-7 minutes until crust is golden brown. 6. Sprinkle parmesan and parsley around plate. 7.
