We are excited to welcome Chef Brian Hudalla, who has 25 years of International Hospitality experience.  He was trained at  Culinary Institute of America and just spent the last year on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii.  Not only does the food he creates have local roots — so does he. Nisswa is his home that he is returning to after an amazing and enriching culinary career adventure.


The restaurant is open seasonally from May 22nd to early October, and is open to the public for breakfast and dinner.  Find us on Gull Lake…just 1/2 mile N of Zorba’s on Lost Lake Road in Nisswa.
